Group Size & Duration

Our facility is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests with individual workstations and sleeping arrangements for everyone.

- Minimum Group Size: 6 Guests

- Minimum Stay: 2 Nights

- $79.00 per night, per guest (all taxes included)

- Minimum booking of 6 guest for 2 nights is $948.00

Securing Your Dates (The Deposit)

STEP 1: Select your start date, end date.

STEP 2: Complete your booking You will be charged a $250.00 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of check in.

STEP 3: We will send you the House Rules; your signature is required to confirm the stay.

We know plans change. While the deposit is non-refundable, it is transferable. It acts as a credit that is applied toward your current stay, or it can be "rolled over" to a future date if you need to reschedule.

Stress-Free Final Payment

We understand things come up at the last minute. Unlike many venues that require full payment months in advance, your final payment is not due until upon arrival.

Fair Pricing Calculation: Your final balance will be calculated based on the actual number of guests and days you book (subject to the 6-guest / 2-night minimum). This means you don't have to stress if your headcount fluctuates slightly before your stay.
