- Spacious Workspace: A massive 1,012 sq. ft. open studio space.
- Individual Stations: (12) Dedicated 6-foot workstations, each with individual task lighting.
- Fully Equipped: Includes design walls, cutting tables, and ironing stations—no need to bring your own.
- Easy Load-In: We provide carts to help you carry your machines and supplies effortlessly.
🛏️ Accommodations & Accessibility
Rest easy knowing the entire facility is designed for accessibility and privacy.
- Zero Stairs: The entire 4,800 sq. ft. facility is on one level. No stairs, ever.
- Sleeping Quarters: 8 comfortable bedrooms. 12 beds. (8 full size and 4 twin size beds)
- Bathrooms:
(7) Half-bathrooms (assigned so there are no more than 2 people per bathroom).
(2) Spacious walk-in showers.
- Safety First: Externally monitored fire/smoke alarm system, CO detectors, and a full sprinkler system in every room.

Everything you need to feed a full creative crew.
- Chef-Ready Kitchen: A 20' x 16' open-concept area, fully stocked with cookware and utensils.
- Massive Food Storage: (3) Refrigerator/freezers to hold a week's worth of groceries.
- Community Dining: Large table with seating for 12 guests.
- Coffee Bar: Dedicated area for your morning brew and a beverage fridge for cold drinks.
🛋️ Relaxing & Entertaining
When you need a break from the workstation.
- The Commons: An 18' x 28' furnished living area featuring a 65" TV.
- Back Patio Oasis: Semi-private area with a 6' privacy fence, patio tables, chairs, and a swing.
- Fire Pit: Outdoor fire pit with wood included for evening relaxation.
- Front Porch: Casual seating area featuring a charcoal grill (charcoal included).
